NABL Accreditation

NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories), is a constitute board of Quality council of India. The goal of NABL is to provide government and it's associated industries a service which ensure that the laboratories meet the international standards (e.g- ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17043, ISO/IEC 17034), a service which can promote laboratory excellence, enhance customer confidence and support regulatory compliance, by following the standards. NABL is a signatory of APAC and ILAC through mutual recognition agreements, this accreditation program of NABL also involves a third-party technical competence assessment.

Role of us as consultants

To get accreditation by NABL as per ISO 15189, a laboratory needs to comply with the standard of ISO 15189, which includes developing of Quality Manual, SOPs, establishment of Quality Management System (QMS), training staff on NABL requirements, conducting internal audits and so on.

As consultants we pour our experience in laboratory operations, knowledge of NABL standards, communication and training skills along with auditing and assessment experience in order to smoothen out the whole accreditation process of the laboratory.

We begin by making a thorough GAP report as per ISO 15189 which reflects the process of your laboratory which is already in performance, if the process doesn't comply with the requirements of ISO 15189, consultants will give you suggestions for improvements from their respective expertise in NABL and standard requirements.

Meanwhile the improvement is going on, the consultants start customizing your unique Quality Manual, SOPs and implementation of Quality Management System, after implementation of Quality Management System and complying with other necessities of ISO 15189, consultants will guide though application process, accreditation process and post- accreditation process in an orderly manner.
